Service providers and other recipients

The providers below may receive Customer Data or personal information while helping deliver Connect. Their legal role can depend on the service and purpose. Locations are described broadly because these providers and their own service providers operate globally.

| Stytch, Inc. (a Twilio company) | Sign-in, workspace membership, sessions, connected-app authorization, invitations, authentication email, and security checks. | Stripe, LLC | Subscription billing and payment processing. Data can include account and contact details, subscription, invoice, payment method, and payment-event information. Stripe receives card details; Connect does not store full card numbers in its application database. Stripe can act as a processor or independent controller depending on the payment activity. | United States and other locations where Stripe affiliates and subprocessors operate. |
| Google LLC | Google Workspace support email and restricted support-file delivery, plus Google Analytics after a visitor opts in on public marketing pages, and optional Google sign-in. Customer-selected services and sign-in providers
Customers choose which accounting platform and AI app to connect. Those services process data at the customer’s direction under their own terms, locations, retention, and data practices. Connect currently supports QuickBooks Online, provided by Intuit. A user may also choose Google sign-in, an authentication option offered by Tactivus LLC.
