Privacy Policy

Tactivus Connect gives approved AI and MCP-compatible clients controlled access to accounting data from authorized accounting systems.

We use account, company, and transaction data only to provide the platform features requested by an authorized user. OAuth credentials are stored server-side to operate authorized access.

Connection records may include company identifiers, user identifiers returned during authorization, OAuth credential material, and operational logs needed to secure and maintain the service.

We do not sell personal information. Access can be revoked from QuickBooks Online by opening the app management area and disconnecting Tactivus Connect.
